I had 2 sessions with Celestin. I probably didn't need the second as the results from the first were instant. The following session was to consolidate the first. Anything you feel you don't have control of and need to, mine was chocolate, see Celestin and you will be on the road to recovery.

After trying everything to deal with addiction and binge eating I was desperate. I had also recently lost my mother and was dealing with major amounts of grief and unprocessed trauma. I was also very jumpy, anxious and self conscious.
My weight was completely out of control, I could barely walk to the toilet or even shower myself. After being hospitalised for various respiratory issues I decided I had to make some drastic life changes. The moment I spoke to Celestin on the phone I broke down into tears, giving her an idea of what I was dealing with. She was kind, patient, empathetic and listened to everything. I was a little apprehensive about my first session but by the time I left she had already cured my jump start response and my anxiety had noticeably lessened. I used to get severe hayfever, requiring several antihistamines daily, my allergies are now completely gone!!
She is so much more than just a hypnotherapist. Celestin has used her various accreditations to combine into a tailored script to suit whatever issues you may be dealing with. She has performed sound healing, reiki, past life regression, meditation and more to help me become my vibrant authentic self.
I am well on my journey and now have the confidence to go swimming, get out into the community and I have lost a significant amount of weight. Every time I leave our sessions I feel lighter, happier, healthier.

Absolutely wonderful sessions with Celestin. I felt empowered and in control of the process. I had some concerns originally about using Hypnotherapy because of the shows you see on TV, but my concerns went out the window entirely right from the first session with Celestin, because she put me so at ease, and her very loving approach made sure I was comfortable, and quelled any apprehension I had. She was so knowledgeable, and introduced me to alot of new ways of seeing myself. I am forever grateful and changed for the better.

I went to Celestin for an addiction I had been having problems with for many years. Celestin was warm and caring. She took me through a series of sessions that really helped me get on top of the addiction and I learnt so much about myself in the process.
